	Leading goalscorer: Bunny Bell  (Tranmere Rovers)  33  goals Goals were a Christmas gift for Tranmere and Oldham fans in 1935. On Christmas Day Oldham defeated Tranmere 4-1 and a day later in the Boxing Day  return at Prenton Park Tranmere defeated Oldham by 13-4.
